Prices

All prices at AYDO STUDIOS are listed in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We are not responsible for out-of-stock items.

 

Payment

AYDO STUDIOS accepts payment via VISA, Mastercard, Dankort, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We are not responsible for pricing errors or out-of-stock/discontinued items.

 

Delivery

AYDO STUDIOS aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM on the same day; orders placed thereafter will be sent the following business day. We ship throughout Denmark, with free shipping on orders over 499 kr; otherwise, shipping fees start at xx kr. Your items will be sent with GLS to your nearest parcel shop. We do not deliver internationally or to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.

Note: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to a nearby parcel shop, and you will be notified. If issues arise, please contact customer service by emailing: mp@mannpfei.com. Deliveries occur on weekdays unless otherwise communicated. Your item will be delivered within 1-3 business days after your order. Certain items may have special delivery terms, which will be specified before purchase.

 

Warranty

You have a 2-year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must report any issues "within a reasonable time" after discovering the defect. AYDO STUDIOS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted.

 

Refund

For refunds, please include your bank details (account number and sort code) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely provided via email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for processing the refund.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop.

The period starts from the day:

  • You receive your order.
  • You take physical possession of the last item when it comes to an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several shipments.
  • You take physical possession of the last batch or part when it comes to agreements for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
  • You take physical possession of the first item when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Notification must be sent via email to mp@mannpfei.com, clearly indicating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item, please fill out the attached Return Slip and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also providing clear notice of this.

Exemptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following item types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods made to consumer specifications or that have been personalized.
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
  • Goods with broken seals.
  • Completed non-financial services if the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if execution has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, magazines, or journals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements made at public auctions.
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Returns

You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you must ensure that the item is properly packaged. Please include a copy of your order confirmation. Processing will be quicker if you also fill out and include our Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

 

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you can try the item as if you were testing it in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it will be considered used, which means that in the event of withdrawal, you will only receive part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return. To receive the full purchase price back, you must test the item without actually using it.

 

Reimbursement

If you withdraw your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid back. In case of a value reduction for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to something else. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back unless you have provided proof of having returned it beforehand.

To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:
